Account Deletion Request

We understand that sometimes, circumstances change, and you may decide to part ways with our platform. We value your privacy and want to make the account deletion process as straightforward as possible. Follow the steps below to request the deletion of your account.

How to Delete Your Account:

  1. Open the App:

    • Launch the justwords app on your device.

  2. Login:

    • If you're not already logged in, enter your credentials to access your account.

  3. Navigate to Your Profile:

    • Locate and tap on your profile icon or username to access your account settings.

  4. Account Settings:

    • In your account settings, look for an option similar to "Account" or "Settings."

  5. Delete Account:

    • Within the account settings, you should find an option to "Delete Account" or something similar. Tap on it.

  6. Confirm Deletion:

    • You may be asked to confirm your decision. Follow the prompts to confirm that you indeed want to delete your account.

  7. Submit Request:

    • After confirming your decision, submit the request. Your account deletion request will be processed.

Data Being Deleted:

When you delete your account, the following types of data will be permanently removed from our system:

  1. Personal Information:

    • Your name, email address, and any other personally identifiable information associated with your account.

  2. Activity Data:

    • Your activity history, including posts, comments, likes, and any other interactions within the platform.

  3. Settings and Preferences:

    • Any personalized settings or preferences you have configured.

  4. Connection Data:

    • Information related to your network connections or friends on the platform.

  5. Payment Information (if applicable):

    • Any stored payment information will be securely deleted.

Important Notes:

  • Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all data associated with it cannot be recovered.

  • It may take some time for the deletion process to be completed. Please be patient.
